Heather Barbour, Content & Client Success

Heather Barbour brings expertise in project management, research and data analytics, global communications, social media, content creation, customer advocacy, and virtual assistant services to the team. She is a trusted advisor in ideation, innovation, and embraces a collaborative, creative, and inclusive culture.

Previously, Heather worked in corporate and higher education positions before launching her own successful small businesses.

Nurturing her imaginative spirit and passion for customers, she currently owns and manages ItsJustBarbs Travel & Virtual Assistant Services. As the Associate Director of Entrepreneurship at North Carolina State University, she was inspired to set and achieve bold goals and to stretch beyond traditional boundaries. She has been successful in translating ideas into opportunities.

Heather graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Business, and a graduate Web Design certification. She also has a Masters in Project Management from Western Carolina University.

Additionally, Heather’s interests include global travel, diving, sailing, and writing about her adventures and experiences as a guest blogger.



Rob Kelly, CEO

Rob began his love of business early, attending his first shareholder & board meetings when he was 16 years old.

He has 20+ years experience leading tech-related businesses, including two CEO roles before Ongig: Hot Topic Media (the #1 provider of dating advice) and Mojam, a concert listing service he founded and sold to Wolfgang’s Vault in 2007).

Rob has also served on the founding advisory boards of successful tech businesses such as Inflection LLC and Harmony Central Inc. He previously held executive business positions at Topica Inc. and CMP Media. Before that, he was a journalist for Information Week where he interviewed Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and other technology business leaders.

Rob is the author of the book An Enlightened Entrepreneur: 57 Meditations On Kicking @$$ In Business & Life and a business-oriented blog.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics from the University of Bridgeport and has completed programs at Stanford University (where he led the team that won the Best Business Plan Award), Harvard Law School and the Syracuse University International Business Program in London.



Kevin Lanik, Engineering

Kevin is an engineer with strong entrepreneurial and business skills. Kevin recently helped successfully sell a leading patent portfolio for Fantasy Weekly, LLC, a company he co-founded.

Kevin has served as an enterprise-level software engineer for more than 8 years. He was most recently Systems Engineer for Jackbe Corp., a leading provider of Business Intelligence software used by Qualcomm, NASA, the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army.

Before Jackbe, Kevin was Systems Engineer for Autonomy Corp., a leading enterprise information management company acquired by H-P for $11.7 billion in 2011. Kevin began his career as a computer engineer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center. Kevin is also recognized as an expert at APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and his creation of the FourSquare mobile application SingleSquare earned him an invitation to demo at the “App Circus” of the popular South by Southwest Interactive conference in Austin, Texas in 2011.

Kevin is well versed in the APIs of Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn as well as the iOS SDK and HTML5. Kevin graduated the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Computer and Telecommunications.



Nick Misa, Marketing

Nick has a background in digital and social media marketing as well as a keen passion for stats and analytics.

His expertise is in social media using Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn to promote and market brands in order to generate leads and increase brand visibility. He’s a true swiss army knife and a quick learner able to handle tasks from a sales and marketing perspective, but also able to execute and implement from a technical perspective.

Nick’s passion for stats, analytics, and sports led to the creation of his daily fantasy sports website DFSMancave.com where he created daily content for NFL, NBA, and MLB for DraftKings and FanDuel. He’s analyzed and developed statistical models that increase the probability of predicting daily player outcomes and studied stat categories that most correlate with player success.

Nick recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Marketing from San Francisco State University.



Jason Webster, Evangelist

Jason is a 17 year veteran of recruiting, having spent 16 of those years working for Allegis Group, the largest privately held staffing company in the U.S. ($5.6 billion in annual revenue).

He most recently headed up the San Francisco offices of TEKsystems where he led a 38-person team that generated over $30 million in revenue in 2010.

Jason began his career at Aerotek (also an Allegis company), the largest clinical/scientific staffing company in the U.S. (Staffing Industry Analysts) with 70,000 technical professionals supporting I.T. engagements for 5,500 clients.

Jason headed up 4 different offices for Aerotek as Director Of Business Operations. Jason is recognized as an expert in the area of social media recruiting: he created the influential Social Recruiting Report blog in November 2009 and speaks regularly at Internet recruiting events such as the Social Recruiting Strategies Conference.

Jason graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelors of Science in Political Science.



Andrew Levy, Evangelist

Andrew is a branding, marketing, advertising, and communications leader with over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition.

He has worked with companies like WeWork, Uber, TMP Worldwide, Oracle, & Autodesk, and loves to build and grow companies and teams.

Andrew has experience working in-house, as a consultant, and an advisor in a broad range of industries including tech, logistics, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, global retail, national restaurant chains, and banking.

Overall, Andrew is a fixer, solver, and recruiter at heart who is loving life in San Francisco. He graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelors of Science and Technology Studies.
