The first thing we do is sit down with you to have a conversation. If you're close to one of our Ongiggitzers, we'd like to do this over coffee. If we're a bit far apart, then we do this over Zoom, WebEx, Skype, etc.

During the discovery session we’re going to ask a lot of questions with an intention to understand you and what you want. It gives us a chance to get clarity on your situation, and make sure we can truly help.
