• 3+ years experience with JavaScript & CSS
• Proven ability, as demonstrated by existing projects
• jQuery, Sass, Haml all a huge bonus
• Experience with Javascript testing frameworks such as Jasmine a bonus
• Experience in pair programming & TDD a bonus
• Required: must be an excellent human -- easy going, drama free, patient, and passionate are all pluses

This is a growth position to support our fast-growing product. You'll be joining our team at a key juncture to contribute as well as lead.

We are incredibly data and metrics driven culture. Our CEO has over 150 dashboards that he tracks across all areas of the business and key business metrics are on giant monitors in the center of the office for all to see.

We have regular company-wide meetings where we report on milestones. Our team rallies around a concept called “fast break,” where each business unit drives to achieve a set of goals that are of particular importance as we lead up to a new product launch or announcement.

We are looking for a front-end specialist (CSS, Javascript, HTML, etc) to join our team of full-stack agile developers, who handle everything from the code to the database to the site operations.  

We have years of experience applying TDD/BDD, pair programming, and regular refactoring.  

We have retrospectives to help us improve our process, and one week iterations.  We use Pivotal Tracker for managing priorities, both customer stories and infrastructure tasks, so everyone shares a common view of the project.
