-Don't be a negative nancy. We strive to maintain a positive culture so that we're not giving our family and friends a hard time.

-Own your skill-sets. This means, take responsibility for your tasks and utilize that opportunity to work on not only the company products, but any of your own to enhance our lives.

-Honesty. We have an open communication rule. If you don't like something, say it. Open communication allows for organic findings and a mutual trust factor. Honesty ensures the best experience for our customers, and that's what matters most.

-Give. Selfishness is not what brought us this far. With all the help and support we have gotten from the community, it only makes sense that we do everything we can to give back.

-Stay active. Our culture is driven by our activity. Sometimes brainstorming is in the office, other times it's on the tennis court or football fields. We'd like it if you could join.

Both founders had little to no professional development or design experience. Over the past year we taught ourselves to code and professionally design moving from Chicago to launch a tech company in Silicon Valley.

What do we bring? We have relationships to help us with featured section placements as well as a totally new way of promoting the app itself through some of the most powerful footprint locations across the US. We have also built the current website and frameworks all to support data analytics so that we are constantly monitoring where opportunities lie to expand or iterate.

Where we lack strength, surprisingly enough, is in the engineering realm. We have brought the product to a beta stage, but we need help to take it to launch and continue innovating. More importantly, we want this person to grow in to a much larger asset to our team.

You would join the software engineering team, reporting to our COO. Working hand-in-hand with him to perfect algorithms and sensing calculations, you would essentially be responsible for development of the application. As we integrate stage 2 and later products, your role grows with the company.
